I founded Waveline on a straightforward premise: Northern California needs more housing and thriving small businesses, and I know how to help organizations deliver both.
For 15 years I've worked across nonprofit and for-profit sectors—from scrappy startups to publicly-traded corporations—always with mission-driven organizations working to improve their communities. My expertise is real estate development, financial analysis, and process improvement.

Why Northern California
I've lived in different pockets of Sonoma and Marin counties for more than a decade, and to put it simply, this is my favorite place on earth. From gravel riding around the Marin Headlands to walking my dog through Spring Lake Park to getting married amongst the Mendocino redwoods, I’m continually reminded of our region’s incredible beauty and the long legacy of community activism and investment that make our home so special. Beyond my client work, I dedicate time to housing and transit advocacy through serving on Sonoma County's Housing Advisory Committee, the Sonoma County Bike Coalition Board, and co-leading Santa Rosa YIMBY. This isn't just where I work, it's the community I'm committed to building.
